Britain to leave EU DON'T CLOSE DOWN PETITION CITING ITS DUPLICATE WITHOUT PROVIDING WHAT ITS A DUPLICATE OF.......
A petition to force a referendum on UK membership of the EU so they cannot force us to spend millions in tax payers money making sure CONVICTED foreign terrorist don't bloe us and our children up because to deport them would breach their human rights. Does that mean British tax payers right to be able to go shopping without them and their children being blown up means less than the rights of a convicted dangerous non British national?

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
The below e-petition asks for the same action as the one you have submitted:
EU Membership
Responsible department: Foreign and Commonwealth Office
The United Kingdom should be given the opportunity of a referendum on an in/out option pertaining to membership of the EU. This should take place prior to the next General Election.

There are also several e-petitions on the subject of human rights in the context of terrorism, which you may be interested in. Please see:
Re-write human rights laws so that victims of terrorists have same human rights as terrorists.
Responsible department: Home Office
At the moment human rights laws are more in favour of a terrorist than the terrorists victims. The terrorist victims and the safety of the public should be the laws and governments main priority, and terrorists should not be able to use human rights laws to escape justice .The government should have a right to over rule a court that does not take the publics human rights befor a terrorists.
