Infidelity in marriage, either by the man or woman causes irreparable damage to the victim ( i should know)

We take our marriage vows when entering the union and they should mean something.

Infidelity in marriage should become an offence, therefore allowing the victim to sue the perpetrators for mental anguish and the like.
