Only allow immigration for a certain number of people who have qualifications that will benefit our societies.

Additional Information

Please sign if you agree to only allow immigration for a certain number (we need a limit on this) of people who have valid qualifications that will benefit our societies. This will mean that they can secure jobs that will help our societies, therefore paying taxes and giving something back. They must be able to secure a job.
