Make healthy start vouchers valid for all baby products

Additional Information

Help those in receipt of healthy start vouchers get more out of them by making them valid on all baby products. They should not be specifically for certain products, and should be more than the value of £3.10 per voucher, it should be one voucher per item. i.e the full price of the item. in other words you get vouchers to use and in exchange you get one baby product per voucher.
