Roundabout Rumble Strips

Additional Information

With a view to reducing accidents and resulting death/injury to users (particularly cyclists), the Government should introduce legislation requiring;
1. The gradual implementation of rumble strips on all roundabouts nationally, thereby effecting reduced navigational speed, especially by reckless vehicle drivers; and
2. A national maximum roundabout speed limit of 20 miles per hour, breach of which would be subject to point penalty and/or monetary fine, the level of which should reflect the consequences of breach.
