Referendums on devolved parliaments for the English Regions

Additional Information

We believe that to allow the English regions to be developed they should be given devolved parliaments similar to the Scottish Parliament and the Welsh and Northern Irish assemblies. As we can see with these bodies, regions being able to control their spending and policies results in higher economic and social development
