Against murderers right to appeal after sentencing
After murderers have been convicted and sentenced by a judge and jury WHY should they be allowed to appeal on numerous occasions putting the victims family through unnecessary and additional grief.
Unless there is new evidence to question the conviction and / or sentence, prisoners should not be allowed the right to appeal.
