Scrap TV Licensing
The TV licence should be scrapped, with the BBC forced to enter the commercialised world of broadcasting where it can be held responsible for the standards it produces. I also feel it is unfare that people that live in apartments and flats don't pay for there service due to the TV licence dectitive not being able to norrow how paid and hows not?
