That Parliament debate the need for an IN/OUT Referendum before the 2015 General Election to satisfy the demands of the British people

Additional Information

The Prime Minister has stated that there will be a Referendum of the United Kingdom's. EU membership in 2017, however as this promise is dependent on the Conservative party winning an outright majority in 2015 and the Prime Minister remaining as leader of the Government, however since neither of these scenario's are certain, We the British electorate demand that the house debate fixing an earlier date for the referendum prior to 2015 to remove these uncertainties and provide stability to the economy.
