Additional Information

Anyone injured whilst committing a criminal offence should be barred from pursuing any litigation. So for example, in the case of a burglar being injured climbing into a property, or sustaining injury from the householder, who is protecting their family & property, the householder should not be liable for any injuries sustained by the burglar
