Ever been stuck on a train that has stopped for no obvious reason and absolutely no information provided by the train driver?

This e-petition is to introduce a law that means train drivers MUST keep passengers informed if the train is not moving at full speed or has stopped completely.

Passengers must not wait more than 1 minute for information!
