Unwanted call legislation/control

Additional Information

Make it compulsory for UK companies to check the Telephone Preference Service before calling.
Currently it is voluntary.

Mandate phone companies to only allow calls from countries which you the individual consumer specify.
This might bring these jobs back to the UK and reduce outsourcing abroad.
