Gypsies- Make it easier to have them removed

Additional Information

Its about time that we give councils and police across the country the power to remove gypsies from land which they do not own. On the spot fines should also be issued for mess or other forms of vandalism they produce while there. It should take the authorities days not months to have these people removed from land which they do not own.
