Doctor Who Day
The government should encourage people to join in the celebration of the fine British institution that is Doctor Who by naming the Saturday which marks the end of each season 'Doctor Who Day'.
The day will be marked by events and parties with a Doctor Who theme.
This will send a clear message of endorsement for the special place that the BBC has in British Society.
