Make 'Gifted Inspectors' teach children for a day
On May 18 2013 Michael Gove MP, Secretary of State for Education defend "gifted inspectors" and "scrutiny" of Ofsted after a head teacher told him that teachers were suffering from a culture of fear.
If these inspectors are so "gifted", surely they can demonstrate their "talent" by being on the front line and teaching children for a day - this will set an "example" for the thousands of hard-working, under-appreciate teachers [and head teachers] who work day-in, day-out, often without being thanked by Mr Gove.
