Petition against murderers right to appeal more than once after sentencing

Additional Information

After murderers have been convicted and sentenced by a judge and jury WHY should they be allowed to appeal on numerous occasions putting the victims family through unnecessary and additional grief.

Unless there is new evidence to question the conviction and / or sentence, prisoners should not be allowed the right to appeal.

I would like to government to review the appeal process and consider the victims and their families.
