WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT THE LAW CHANGED IN RESPECT TO `NONE CHARGED` MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS AS THAT PERSON HAS DONE NOTHING IN LAW EXCEPT TAKEN IN AS A SUSPECT AND THEN RELEASED, THIS AMOUNTS TO BEING IN A `DICTATOR` STATE WITH `BIG DADDY` CALLING THE SHOTS, NOBODY UNLESS CHARGED SHOULD HAVE THINGS HANGING OVER THEM, COME ON `HOME OFFICE MINSTER` MRS MAY GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND PUT YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER PLEASE.
