The Public Innocence Act 2014
Introduce an ‘Innocence Act’ to create, amend or consolidate existing laws to achieve the following purposes: That both men and women are kept anonymous when arrested, charged and tried for any offence in law, including but not limited to sexual offences, until a conviction of guilty is reached by a jury of twelve. All trials to be open to the public however the public and the press to be inhibited from communicating the details of those involved in any trial until the trial has been concluded and a guilty verdict reached.
