Reduce holiday for teachers, fix pot holes

Additional Information

Most people get 25-30 paid holiday days a year. Teachers get a lot more.

Teachers should have an allocated 25-30 allowance like everyone else and when they aren't teaching they should be made to fix all the pot holes. After all, we're paying they're wages whether they're working or not.
