More help for homeless! get my friend Richard a home!!
I want my friend Richard who has been on the streets 20 years to be homed with his dog. He has no drug or alcohol addiction. Council refuse to home him because he has a dog. Why should he have to give Sticks up?? They put enough money into housing immigrants and such. Should help someone who really needs it!
