All police officers armed, 20 minutes is too long to wait for armed response

Additional Information

All police officers should be armed and trained to shoot to injure and shoot to kill. The british public should not have to wait 20 minutes for armed police to arrive to deal with a situation. Terrorist attacks and serious crimes need an immeadiate response. Attacks are at an all time high and now is the time for action.
