Bring back the death penalty for those convicted of plotting or carrying out terrorist attacks
That anyone who is convicted of either plotting or carrying out an act of terrorism in the united kingdom by lawful definition is sentenced to death by execution. This should apply to all people convicted whether they are permanently living or just visiting the UK.
