Developing an "Alternative-Narrative" to Extremism.
The Prime Minister has called for a the development of an "alternative narrative" to counter the propaganda espoused through Jihadist websites.
As a starting-point, Authorities in future should refer to those who perpetrate acts of terrorism as having been "criminalised" rather than "radicalised".
