Petition Action

Her Majesty's Government will re introduce a Mandatory Death Penalty for those convicted of Terrorism/Terrorst activities

Additional Information

Her Majesty's Government will re introduce a mandatory death penalty for any person or persons who are convicted in a british court for any act of terrorism or any act of terrorists activity committed on British soil. This penalty will be imposed regardless of whether loss of life/ or not ensued following the event. There will be no right of appeal once the sentence has been imposed.
The offence must attract a mandatory sentence in order to stop weak Judiciary from offering terms of imprisonment as an alternative.
