Death penalty for horrific crimes

Additional Information

With today's evidence technology and getting 100% guilty conviction through DNA anyone committing a serious crime especially an act of terrorism should be given the death penalty not only would this bring justice but will also prevent even more overcrowding in prison and save the tax payers money.
