Stop people smoking cannabis in public

Additional Information

Cannabis is illegal to own so why to people walk about with a massive joint with no care in the world. I and other people shouldn't have to smell it. Especially when we have children. Example: I went to have a nice picnic with my family and a guy was sat there smoking cannabis and stinking the whole area out. My daughter is 7 months old so we had to move. More needs to be done as clearly they think its ok.
