Military Severance Pay

Additional Information

Implement a severance payout system to all military personnel who leave military service to set them up for life in the civilian world.

Similar to what MPs currently receive when leaving office - the amount they receive would be based on the amount of time they have served, how many tours they have been on, and their rank.
