Parliamentary pensions

Additional Information

During these times of austerity, scrapping of final salary pensions and increased contributions to public sector pension, can the government please explain why the parliamentary pension scheme is exempt from changes made to other public sector pensions and how the current Parliamentary Pension Scheme is sustainable. I call upon the government to accept changes to their pensions in line with the changes they are imposing on others.
