Increase Higher Rate tax to 60p, not slash to 45p

Additional Information

At a time when tax increases for ordinary people are being discussed, it is proposed by the government to cut higher rate tax from 50p to 45p. We would like to see it increased to 60p instead, if other taxes are to be increased.
