Make millionaires pay for using public services

Additional Information

Make millionaires pay for using public services, such as the NHS. All treatment should be paid for through private medical insurance. The wealthy should also be excluded from receiving universal benefits such as state pension, winter fuel allowance, etc.

This could be achieved by allocating millionaires and their dependants with a new and unique social security number to flag that they are not eligible for free health and social care.
