British Driving Society: Council minutes made public and involve members in decision making re ACs
It is important that there is transparency in this organisation where it doesn't exist now. It is important when complaints come in relating to the conduct of Area Commissioners, something is done about it and at a certain level of complaints, that area commisioner must stand down. This is important to uphold the Memorandum of Association and the stature of the organisation with a patron as important as HRH Prince Philip and undertaking a public function (issuing of horse passports).
