Stop London having all the Infrastructure and help the other Counties

Additional Information

Please can the Government stop building in London and concentrate on other Counties who desperately need work and infrastructure.
Gloucestershire desperately could do with a new bridge crossing instead of commuters having to go all the way down to the Severn Bridge,which costs commuters a toll every time they want to get back to Chepstow and the surrounding areas.
London is not the only city in England and while London prospers the other counties are dying!
