Give alcoholics food vouchers instead of more money.

Additional Information

I propose that instead of giving alcoholics or drug addicts more money in their benefits, that this is changed and food vouchers or meals on wheels type services offered instead. This would ensure that at least occasionally they would receive some nutrition instead of just more alcohol.
