Cyclists who don't obey the rules of the road should have their bicycles impounded

A law needs to be introduced so that cyclists who don't obey the rules of the road or engage in dangerous / thoughtless cycling should have their bicycles impounded.

As a cyclist, I feel the danger from bad cyclists is 2 fold. One is directly, that they are a menace, and the other is that they enrage car, lorry and bus drivers, making it more dangerous for every cyclist.

Any cyclist spotted who jumping a red light, rides on the pavement, on the wrong side of the road, wheelies up the road or carries a passenger on their handlebars should have their bike taken away from them.
