We want our beggar back!
We, the residents of Putney, consider Simon Wright part of the Putney picturesque character, positively adding to the atmosphere of the place.
We admire his begging skills and demand a pardon for him (and his dog) so that he can return back to Putney to start begging again.
The fact that he does own a flat in Fulham worth ca. £300,000 only proves how good he has become at begging.
Please consider this petition as a proof of the good will of people of Putney who are sincerely missing their favorite beggar.
