Crb checks should only show convictions proven or admitted in court or cautions under 5 years old and only be given if the person who the crb check relates to gives written consent.

Sexual offences & crimes against a child or vulnerable person should remain indefinite when cautioned or convicted or admitted in court. (No spent convictions in this category).
