change of law on court of protection aplications must check capacity first
POA is required and people have medical records blocked on them and need POA, the court of protection must change the law, so they can provide the proof instead of making someone incapable through further assesment.
THE APLICATION PROCESS IS IN NEED OF A REVAMP FOR THESE REASONS
TOO MANY CASES TAKEN THAT WERE NOT THE COURTS AGENDA FULL CAPACITY
