Peterborough incinerator

Additional Information

I petition the government to stop Peterborough City Council from building 2nd incinerator. Prel have already had government approval to build 1 incinerator to serve the peoples of East Anglia but the conservative council of Peterborough are insisting that the peoples of Peterborough must have another at tax payers expence. We are being dictated to which makes a mockery of democracy. The people demant an inquiry into this matter.
