Punish criminals, whatever their ethnic background, religion and/or race, to the extent of their crime
Criminals, whatever nation they come from, whatever religions/beliefs they base themselves on, whatever ethnicity they originated from, should not be excluded from any forms of prosecution and any Human Rights legislation. There should be a clear cut case, provided by a defence and a prosecution, and if convicted, their punishment should not be reduced or released on early bail. If a convicted has a life sentence, then it means a life sentence. If it is a foreign convicted that was not born in the residency of the United Kingdom, they should be deported to their country of origin immediately after a guilty conviction of their crime.
