Against classing vaping devices/ecigs as medicines
"As countries around the world grapple with how to regulate electronic cigarettes ("e-cigs") as they grow in popularity, Britain has offered an interesting way to handle them: the battery-operated devices will be regulated by the country's Medicines and Health Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as nonprescription medicines beginning in 2016." - Medical Daily
The only benifit of this upcoming regulation is in favour of pharmaceutical companies and the UK Government. Small vendors will be put out of business if this ruling goes through and will cause many people to revert back to regular forms of smoking.
