I think its time care homes had central monitoring using cameras to ensure the elderly are being treated properly. Elderly people cannot complain and can be badly treated. This is clearly wrong. The item on the news today clearly shows the problem

Its time we protected the vulnerable in care homes please join my e petition for cameras and central monitoring in care homes.
