Stuart Hall sentencing disgrace

Additional Information

What sort of message are we sending out to both those that comit these crimes and their VICTIMS (our little children). Are we to beleive that true justice has been served in this case?
How does one look into the eyes of these little children / now adults having been put through the torment of the witness box. These people would have relived their torment many times in their lives and will I have no doubt had their lives have been changed beyond the comprehension of most people.
How does someone that refused to own up to their crimes ( that we know about not forgetting the RAPE that on the grounds of probability he commited) as the poor victim could not go through and relive for the Courts again, how does this criminal get such a trival sentence.
I have read and know of several people who have received much harsher sentences for what some may think of as minor offences in comparrison.

Over turn this shameful decision !

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Sentences that appear to be unduly lenient cannot be referred through the E-Petitions website. If you believe a sentence given in a Crown Court appears to be very low, or unduly lenient, anyone can contact the Attorney General's office asking for the sentence to be reviewed as long as it is within 28 days of sentencing.

It also only takes one person to make such a request. In the case of Stuart Hall, the Attorney General’s Office has already requested the papers from the Crown Prosecution so one of the Law Officers can decide whether or not to refer the sentences to Court of Appeal as being unduly lenient.
