Petition Action

Free transport to school and Further education for all people aged 11-18

Additional Information

Why should students have to pay to go to state school which is compulsory? Some have to pay up to £190 for a terms bus pass and we feel this is unacceptable. We ask that the government provides free bus travel too and from all education for all 11-18 year olds regardless of catchment areas so all young people can go to the school, sixthform or collage they want without a large financial burden on parents or guardians.
