Dear sir I have a friend who is disabled, but by the fact she is on dissability allowace she cant not get the free solar power panels as it is classed as income, which i think is wrong and she is being penalised fot being on a benefit. I WANT THE GOVT TO STOP CLASSING FREE SOLAR PANELS AS INCOME
