Maximum APR (Annual Percentage Rate of Interest)

Additional Information

Limit the Maximum Rate of Interest charged on ANY loan, credit agreement or credit card to a multiple of 5 times the Bank of England Base Rate.

At the same time set a Minimum Interest Rate to be paid to Savers of twice the Bank of England Base Rate.
