make drunks pay for emergency service call outs

In light of the frightening escalation of binge drinking and the cost of this to already hard pressed emergency services,I would ask the government to make the people responsible pay for their own stupidity.Violence,disorder and abuse cannot be condoned just because someone has had too much.
It costs millions to the taxpayer, and misery for the victims of the crimes committed.
People should be fined and money taken from source,wether this be from benefits or salaries.
So much for ambulance,police and hospital services.
And double any fine imposed for any repeat offence.
