Cleaning up playground graffiti

Additional Information

I, like many parents, take my child to play areas. I live in Blackpool and I am sick of seeing graffiti on play areas.

I would like for an operation to monitor this and catch people doing it so they are made to clean it up. Firstly the current graffiti would need washing off and that could be done by community service.
