Give £1,000,000.00 to a charity who offer interest free debt repayment loans

Additional Information

I want the treasury to give my financial services charity £1,000,000.00 so we can offer interest free debt repayment loans to members of the public.

The only way to ease the economy out of hardship and back in to properity is to get public debt paid off.
