We require a government Inquiry into the support and policies applied to the Afghan War. Were deaths and injuries at acceptable level?

Did Great Britain give full support to our servicemen in the Afghan War?
Is there truth in the criticisms regarding the level of support for our troops?
Were there enough helicopters, of the right type?
Were the vehicles used suitable?
Were casualty recovery times acceptable?
Were there any problems with the Czech ammunition?
Was the war properly funded?
Were there cash restraints?
Were all efforts made with communications to reduce blue on blue casualties to a minimum?
Were the radios fit for purpose?
Was the supply chain efficient and effective?
Has the MoD lied at inquests?
