Create a low skils manufacturing zone in the UK with the Chinese currency

An uninhabited part of the UK can be turned into a low skilled manufacturing zone with the Chinese currency. This zone could be separate from the UK and have different wages, prices etc. This would make it profitable to employ low skilled workers who would otherwise be unemployed.
